If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your Dynamiclear order, contact us within 180 days of your purchase for a refund.

Please note that refunds on returned items do not include postage costs and bank charges for credit card clearance fees (4%).

Merchandise must be returned in order to claim the money-back guarantee.  For product returns we recommend using a shipping company that offers tracking and proof of delivery as refunds cannot be issued on packages that our returns department do not receive.
